It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy.

An additional 10mm of EVA foam padding along the bottom section of the back panel supports the natural curve of your back. It’s raised up, protects you from friction from seams on and if it’s exposed to your skin, that’s no problem either.

Shoulder straps are extra padded to carry heavier loads more comfortably. Plus, tons of padding (1" thick) at the top to protect during dynamic movements. Yes, that means Bear Crawls and burpees.
