Maybe he’s not the smartest, but it makes for a fun story. And it proves that if everything we build can withstand a 24+ hour GORUCK Challenge event, then it will last you for a lifetime.

It’s been trusted by the military for decades, and when coupled with a waxing process proven over the past 170 years, you get an insanely durable, good-looking finish.

FABRIC DETAILS: WAXED DUCK CANVAS
The use of 10.10oz Army Duck Canvas can be traced back all the way to the mid-19th century. Army Duck canvas is a medium-weight, versatile fabric. The way that it is constructed is with an incredibly tight weave of the yarn, making it tough and resistant to tearing. The extra layer of wax protects the fabric from different elements you may encounter, and makes the fabric waterproof, yet allows it to sweat vapor and still not stiffen or yellow over time. It only looks better with age and use.
