Candidates must complete a 12-mile march in under 3 hours, carrying 35-100 pounds of gear and a rifle. We challenge you to put your training to the test and see if you can pass the Army’s 12-mile march.

Sara Wilkinson, CrossFit, Rogue, and GORUCK present the hero workout “Chad 1000X” - in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD.
