e-Gift Card delays

"It took 3 weeks for this e-gift card to be fulfilled! Customer service fixed the issues within 2 days of purchase, but I had to send the recipient the codes to use. Kind of spoiled the surprise of sending the gift. The actual emailed e-gift card was received over three weeks later. I love the GORUCK products, but this gift card experience left a lot to be desired."
